As part of the continuous improvement of the coordinated management of infrastructure and development projects at the level of Tanger Med Port Complex, a document management solution has been implemented to mainly organize:
- Managing validation flows by document type
- Archiving versions of documents
- Notifications
This solution will allow the optimization of the processing times of actions related to document flows, the coordinated management between the various actors of the project, and a better control of the digital archiving of documents.
