Two of our managers have recently distinguished themselves by obtaining the prestigious ISO 20000 Lead Implementor certification, issued by the renowned international organization PECB (Professional Evaluation and Certification Board). This accreditation, recognized worldwide, attests to their expertise and mastery of best practices in IT service management (ITSM).
For reference, ISO 20000 is the first international standard specifically dedicated to IT service management (ITSM). It defines a rigorous framework for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of services, guaranteeing their quality and alignment with customer needs.
This certification is part of Tanger Med’s preparations for ISO 20000 certification, a strategic objective that will strengthen our position as a benchmark player in our sector. This achievement illustrates our commitment to attaining operational excellence while meeting the most demanding international standards.
