LAUNCH OF THE “GREEN PROGRAM” AT CASABLANCA PORT

Within the framework of its policy in favor of a better energy efficiency within the operational sites of Marsa Maroc, the Operations Department at Casablanca Port launched the “Green” program, which includes several important initiatives, among which the production of solar photovoltaic energy.

Thanks to this program, 1,335 solar panels have been installed on the facades of the multi-level parking lot of the Terminal V Department, producing 1,000,000 KWH, or more than 10% of the Port’s annual energy consumption.
