The application also integrates port navigation and guidance tools, allowing passengers to easily locate themselves, discover nearby services, and follow the best routes to complete their boarding procedures. It also offers a towing service to request immediate assistance.
One of the most innovative aspects of this app is the real-time access to port traffic forecasts. This feature allows users to anticipate periods of high traffic and to plan the movement of travelers in a smooth and efficient manner.
The second phase of the project is in preparation and will provide even more services. Future features include the introduction of temporary admission, a claims system, and other essential services to continue optimizing the experience of passengers transiting through Tanger Med Port.
